Dark Angel

“Jack Caine. Houston cop. Human. What he's up against, isn't.”

Det. Jack Caine (Dolph Lundgren) is a Houston vice cop who has stopped following the rule book, and he wants only one thing: to shut down the drug supplier Victor Manning. Then his partner dies during an undercover operation meant to catch Manning, and a sinister newcomer, Talec (Matthias Hues), walks into the case. Craig R. Baxley keeps the nightlife of Houston loud and moving, and Caine stays the angriest man in every room.
