Dark Passage

“In danger as violent as their love!!!”

Vincent Parry (Humphrey Bogart) escapes from prison, convicted of murdering his wife, and goes looking for the one thing that might clear him. Irene Jansen (Lauren Bacall) takes an interest in his case and works alongside him, while the police close in. Delmer Daves leaves the film on Bogart's face, the rain-dark city behind him and the case still open.
