Darling

(1965)Directed by John Schlesinger128 minDrama, Romance
“When she was good she was very, very good… and when she was bad she was DARLING!”

In London in 1965, Diana Scott (Julie Christie) is a young model and failed actress who wants to be famous and doesn't much care which man helps her get there. She drifts between the television journalist Robert Gold (Dirk Bogarde) and the ad executive Miles Brand (Laurence Harvey), and John Schlesinger follows her from London to Paris and Rome. Each step up the ladder asks her to leave a little more of herself behind.
