“Terror Beyond Comprehension”

Darling (Lauren Ashley Carter) needs the job, so she says yes when Madame (Sean Young) offers her the caretaker's post in a big old New York apartment. Mickey Keating shoots the rooms in stark black and white, and the dread builds in the doorways and the long quiet between lines. Alone in the house, she starts to doubt what she sees and hears, and with each day she holds a little less of herself together.
