Jake (Eric Tabach) edits video for a news show in New York City, and he wants the story that will make his name. When government files land on his desk, they hold footage from a police car's dashcam, and he starts going through it frame by frame. Christian Nilsson tells it in screenlife, so we watch through Jake's own monitors and see what he sees.
