Daughter of Deceit

Mexico, 1951: Quintín Guzmán (Fernando Soler) is certain the baby in his arms is not his, so he leaves her on the doorstep of the town drunk. Years go by, and he cannot stop thinking about the child he abandoned, a guilt that follows him through every day. Luis Buñuel keeps Quintín in the frame with that guilt, a man who gave the baby away and still carries her.
