Memo (Kemal Sunal) comes home from Germany to marry the woman he loves, only to find that Sülo (Şener Şen), the man who killed his father, is about to be let out of jail. Village custom says Memo must take revenge before any wedding, but he has no wish to kill anyone, so the two of them agree to stage a fake death. Kartal Tibet gives the pair a strange, easy closeness, the avenger and the man he is supposed to avenge sharing the same scheme.
