Dead End

“Read the signs.”

On Christmas Eve, the Harrington family is driving to the in-laws' house, and Frank (Ray Wise) takes a shortcut he hasn't used in twenty years. The road runs on through a forest with no exit, while a hearse and a woman in white keep appearing behind them. Jean-Baptiste Andrea and Fabrice Canepa keep the car packed with old resentments, and Frank and his wife Laura (Lin Shaye) argue as the night gets longer.
