Dead Eyes of London

“A city of fear becomes a city of death!”

Inspektor Larry Holt (Joachim Fuchsberger) is a Scotland Yard detective working a run of drownings in London, each victim connected to a life insurance policy. Behind the payouts is a killer with glazed white eyes, a disfigured man sent to do the dirty work for someone who profits. Alfred Vohrer shoots it in black and white, and the fog and dark water carry most of the fear.
