Dead Men Walk

“Devil's sorcery, as a dead man returns for vengeance!”

Dr. Lloyd Clayton (George Zucco) only wants his twin brother in the ground and the matter finished. He buries Elwyn, a practitioner of the black arts, and tells himself the man is dead, since he killed him in self-defense. Sam Newfield directs the small-town doctor's days as they turn uneasy, with his niece Gayle (Mary Carlisle) nearby, and Lloyd keeps going about his work, unable to put the grave out of his mind.
