Deadline

“Focus your fear”

An abandoned house, a script due on time, and a run of strange events that Alice Evans (Brittany Murphy) cannot explain: she goes there to finish her work and ends up close to a psychological breakdown. Sean McConville keeps her mostly alone with the rooms and her own unraveling, and the deadline keeps tightening around her. The one other person drawn into it is Lucy Woods (Thora Birch), and the bond between the two women is hard to pin down.
