Deaf

Ángela (Miriam Garlo) is deaf and pregnant, and what she wants most is to reach her daughter the way any mother would. Her hearing partner, Héctor (Álvaro Cervantes), stays beside her, but the world around them has few accommodations for a woman like her. Eva Libertad, who first made this story as a short with her sister Garlo, follows a new mother learning to be heard by a child who will hear everything.
