Dear Dictator

“She thought she was a rebel... Until she met a real one”

Tatiana Mills (Odeya Rush) is a rebellious teenager in suburban America who has a hard time with the girls who run her high school. Then General Anton Vincent (Michael Caine), a dictator forced out of his Caribbean island nation by political turmoil, turns up and hides in her home. Joe Syracuse and Lisa Addario's comedy is about power, and how the same tactics that hold a country can be used to take back a school hallway.
