In 1978, a man called The Pig (Harold Sakata) has a freeze bomb that kills people on contact, and the secret to it sits in a microdot under a woman's forehead. Lt. Detective J. Ash (Jim Kelly) is assigned to keep her alive and stop The Pig before he can use it. Al Adamson shoots it fast and cheap, on grainy film stock, and keeps every scene moving.
