Death Hunt

“Savage pursuit in the wilderness!”

In the Yukon in November 1931, the trapper Albert Johnson (Charles Bronson) buys a dog left nearly dead after a brutal dogfight. The kindness draws RCMP Sgt. Edgar Millen (Lee Marvin) and a posse into the mountains after a man who only wanted to be left alone. Peter R. Hunt shoots the pursuit as a run through snow and timber, with a rough, grainy look that keeps the cold close.
