Death Note Relight 2: L's Successors

Near (Noriko Hidaka) wants to catch Light Yagami (Mamoru Miyano), and to do it he first has to work out how L, the detective before him, lost. Tetsuro Araki recaps episodes 27 to 37 of the series with new footage, following Near and Mello (Nozomu Sasaki) as each goes after Light by a separate route. Behind them both is a plain question about whether one man can be allowed to decide who deserves to die.
