Death Smiles on a Murderer

Franz (Luciano Rossi) uses a formula engraved on an Incan medallion to reanimate his sister Greta (Ewa Aulin), who died in childbirth after her lover, the aristocrat Dr. von Ravensbrück, left her to die. Joe D'Amato follows her back among the living and into the Ravensbrück family, where Dr. Sturges (Klaus Kinski) is among those she meets. The brother who woke her will not stop thinking of her as his own.
