Death to Smoochy

“Get ready for an unexpected hit.”

Rainbow Randolph (Robin Williams), the costumed host of a hit children's show, is fired over a bribery scandal and replaced by a fuchsia rhinoceros named Smoochy. Sheldon Mopes (Edward Norton) wears the suit and plays it sweet, and the ratings climb while Randolph plots his revenge. Danny DeVito directs it all in bright primary colors, and Sheldon stands in the puffy pink costume, still smiling.
