“It's Die Hard at 90 miles an hour!”

Mike Graham (Pierce Brosnan) wants to stop a train. It carries a nuclear bomb, hijacked by the renegade Russian General Benin (Christopher Lee) and sent rolling toward the Middle East. David Jackson sends Mike and Sabrina Carver (Alexandra Paul) after it with Malcolm Philpott (Patrick Stewart) directing, and what the story weighs is how far people will go to catch a runaway threat.
