Death Wish 4: The Crackdown

“This time it's war!”

Paul Kersey (Charles Bronson) just wants a quiet life in Los Angeles with his girlfriend Karen Sheldon (Kay Lenz) and her teenage daughter Erica. That ends when Erica dies of a drug overdose, and Nathan White (John P. Ryan), a tabloid owner, offers him a way to go after the dealers behind it. J. Lee Thompson keeps Kersey and Karen at the center, a couple holding on to each other while the grief spreads between them.
