F.M. (FM Einheit) works with sound in his own studio, and he starts to notice that different frequencies make listeners behave in different ways. He carries the idea to the muzak playing in the local H-Burger restaurant, where the soft background music seems to be wiping the feeling out of the people eating there. Muscha builds the film on Burroughs's writings, and what it keeps coming back to is how much of our mood is set by noise we never chose to hear.
