Misty Calhoun (Danielle Savre) spends her career protecting sharks, so she is not the obvious person to call when pharmaceutical billionaire Carl Durant (Michael Beach) needs a consultant for a top-secret project. Darin Scott sends her into Durant's facility, where genetically enhanced bull sharks are the test subjects. Once they break loose, everyone inside is trapped with animals that are aggressive and far smarter than anyone planned for.
