Déjà Vu

“Déjà vu is thought to be a trick of the mind... but what if it's not?”

A ferry explodes in New Orleans, and ATF agent Doug Carlin (Denzel Washington) is sent to sift through the wreckage for evidence. Instead he is pulled away to a secret government lab, where Paul Pryzwarra (Val Kilmer) shows him a device that looks back through time. Tony Scott keeps the cameras moving, and Doug keeps staring at the screens, drawn to the dead woman, Claire Kuchever (Paula Patton).
