“The journey within”

Roshan Mehra (Abhishek Bachchan) is an NRI who flies to Old Delhi with his ailing grandmother, Dadi (Waheeda Rehman), and finds himself living among neighbors who know everyone's business. As he starts to find his roots in Chandni Chowk, a religious dispute over a mysterious monkey-like attacker begins to unsettle the street. Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra fills the neighborhood with crowded rooftops, relatives and noise, so it feels like a place you could walk into.
