Esther (Valerie Pachner) and her wealthy German family spend their summer in a rented house in the Provence countryside. They take on Teodora (Carla Díaz), a young woman from the hotel, as a domestic helper, and her place in the household slowly widens. Nele Mueller-Stöfen, in her directorial debut, keeps the camera close to the family and lets the calm of the holiday wind tighter with each scene.
