“No Evil Deed Goes Undone!”

Liza Harris (Meg Register) joins an archaeological dig in the Valley of Temples in Sicily, her first, but the place stirs a sympathy she can't explain and gives her recurring nightmares. Lucio Fulci sends her toward the ruins of a 16th Century convent tied to a grim legend of crucifixion, while the villagers close ranks around what is buried there. The dead in that ground have kept their secrets for centuries, and the villagers mean to keep them.
