Demonic

“It's not a dream, it's not reality.”

Carly (Carly Pope) has barely spoken to her mother, Angela (Nathalie Boltt), in years, and then a call arrives that pulls her back into that old rift. Neill Blomkamp sets the story in a cramped, wired-up experiment where Carly is drawn into a simulation, and the demons it releases are tied to whatever broke the two women apart. Carly goes in looking for answers about her mother and finds she may be the one carrying the thing.
