Steve Randall (Steve Brodie) runs his own trucking business and has a pregnant wife, Anne (Audrey Long), waiting at home. One job puts his truck at a robbery, and Walt Radak (Raymond Burr) and his gang pin the blame on Steve. Anthony Mann sends the two of them running, and Steve keeps moving because the only thing he owns is a clean name.
