Desperate Hours

“Desire is the deadliest weapon of all.”

Michael Bosworth (Mickey Rourke) is an escaped convict with the law close behind him and no place left to run. He forces his way into the home of Tim Cornell (Anthony Hopkins) and Nora Cornell (Mimi Rogers), a married couple whose house becomes his hideout and their cage. Michael Cimino keeps the story inside those walls, where the captor and the husband size each other up and a marriage starts to show its weak spots.
