Destiny's Son

In Edo-period Japan, a boy named Shingo is born to a mother who was executed for murdering her lord's concubine. Decades later, the family that raised him is massacred for keeping that secret, and Shingo (Raizō Ichikawa) takes to the road as a masterless samurai, carrying a sword technique no opponent has beaten. Kenji Misumi follows him toward vengeance, with his own ignominious origins still to be answered for.
