Detective vs. Sleuths

“There is no chosen sleuth among us.”

In Hong Kong, a string of murders turns up that echo old cases once handled by Lee Chun (Lau Ching-wan), a disgraced former police chief who now fights hallucinations of his own. He joins inspector Yee Chan (Charlene Choi Chuek-yin) to find who is behind the killings, with time running short. Wai Ka-fai keeps the camera restless and the cases tangled, so you follow Lee as closely as he follows the clues.
