“Not all miracles come from God.”

Zach McCall (Zach Gilford) wants a clean start with his new wife, Samantha (Allison Miller), and a baby seems like the next good thing. Then the pregnancy begins to change her, and Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett tell it through the couple's own video camera. Zach keeps filming, and the footage keeps catching Samantha doing things she cannot explain.
