A cardiologist discovers his daughter may still be alive after an exorcism meant to save her. At her funeral, he and Father Michael (Yun Jong-seok) clash over what happened to her, each convinced of a different truth. Hyun Moon-seop follows them both into obsession, the question of her survival widening the crack between faith and reason, until a single image refuses to let either man rest.
