“Mumbai Dairies”

Arun (Aamir Khan) is a reclusive painter in Mumbai who keeps to himself and to his canvases. Around him are Shai (Monica Dogra), an American banker visiting the city, and Munna (Prateik), a washerboy who works near his home. Kiran Rao, in her first feature, follows the three, plus Yasmin Noor (Kriti Malhotra), as their separate lives drift together, and Arun is the one who has least to say about it.
