Diamonds

Alberta (Luisa Ranieri) and Gabriella (Jasmine Trinca) run a costume shop in 1970s Rome, and they want the dresses for a major film to be the best work the place has ever turned out. A director gathers a group of actresses for a new project, and the faces in front of him pull him back to his years among the shop's seamstresses. Ferzan Özpetek makes the film about the women behind the camera, whose labor is rarely seen.
