Diane

Diane (Mary Kay Place) spends her days bringing food to the sick and sitting with the dying, and her evenings worrying over her son Brian (Jake Lacy), who is deep in addiction. The friends and relatives she has looked after for years begin to drift away, and her own past starts to press back. Kent Jones, making his first narrative feature, leaves Place alone in a quiet room, the weight of old memories settling on her.
