Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days

“School's out for summer.”

All Greg Heffley (Zachary Gordon) wants from summer is a couch, a controller, and his friend Rowley (Robert Capron) nearby. His dad, Frank (Steve Zahn), has decided the two of them need some father-son bonding instead. David Bowers follows Greg as he lies about a job at a ritzy country club to get out of it, a kid who would rather invent a whole summer than spend one with his father.
