Dìdi (弟弟)

“For anyone who's ever been a teenager.”

It's the last month of summer in 2008, and Chris (Izaac Wang) is thirteen, Taiwanese American, and about to start high school. He is learning to skate, to talk to girls, and to get along with his mother Chungsing (Joan Chen) and his sister Vivian (Shirley Chen). Sean Wang's debut follows him through those weeks, showing how much of growing up is picked up from friends and strangers, and how little from the people who love you most.
