Die Geschichte der Menschheit - leicht gekürzt

Dr. Gerhard Friedle (Christoph Maria Herbst) wants the aliens who find the 1977 Voyager probe to see humanity as intelligent and kind, so his team packs a condensed history of the world onto it. Erik Haffner stages that history as a series of sketches, with Greek philosophers as rap stars and a stag party serving in the First World War. The scientist keeps insisting on a dignified species, and the footage keeps showing him otherwise.
