Digging Up the Marrow

“Believing is seeing.”

Adam Green, playing a version of himself, is making a documentary about monsters when a stranger gets in touch. William Dekker (Ray Wise), a retired detective, says he can prove they are real and has found the entrance to an underground city where they live. Green shoots the whole thing as found footage, the camera trailing Dekker and a thin crew into places where a quiet cut can unsettle you more than any creature.
