Dillinger Is Dead

Glauco (Michel Piccoli) comes home to an empty house, decides to cook his own dinner, and finds a revolver wrapped in newspaper at the back of the kitchen, possibly once John Dillinger's. Marco Ferreri follows him through the one night that follows, with the gun, the stove and the rooms of his flat. His wife Ginette (Anita Pallenberg) is asleep upstairs, and the distance between them goes unspoken.
