Disciples of the 36th Chamber

Fong Shiyu (Hsiao Ho) is a hot-headed young fighter who keeps picking fights with the corrupt Ching officials in his path. Monk San Te (Gordon Liu Chia-hui) steps in to protect him and the Shaolin name, though he has to teach the boy first. Lau Kar-leung choreographed and directed it, and the film holds that real strength comes from discipline and patience, not from a fast temper.
