District 13 is a walled-off sector of the city, split between five gang bosses who each hold their own territory. Damien (Cyril Raffaelli) and Leïto (David Belle) return to bring peace there before the secret services decide on a harsher fix. Patrick Alessandrin films the chases at street level, with Belle and Raffaelli doing their own running and jumping.
