“All of us who want to love.”

Yong (Yeo Jin-goo) is a college student in 1999 who finds an old ham radio and, to his surprise, hears a woman answering from 2022. She is Mu-nee (Cho Yi-hyun), and each of them is living in a different year, talking to someone the other cannot meet. Seo Eun-young builds the film around their voices, and what grows between them has to survive twenty-three years of distance.
