Earth has gone to rot, and fewer people can have children each year because of how an immortality serum is made. Two brothers, Jaxxon (Stephen Dorff) and Star (Moisés Arias), crash down into that wreckage to stop the capitalist, Sterling (Scott Bakula), who manufactures it. Eddie Alcazar shot his first feature in black and white, and you can almost feel the grain and the dark pressing on the screen.
