Do Not Expect Too Much from the End of the World

Angela (Ilinca Manolache) spends a long day driving around Bucharest, interviewing people hurt in workplace accidents for a safety video her multinational client wants made. She is a production assistant, underpaid and short on sleep, and her job is to find one injured worker willing to appear on camera and recite the company's lines. Radu Jude lets the film run as one long working day, showing what a worker is worth to the people who hire her.
