Uday Gupta (Ayushmann Khurrana) has his heart set on orthopaedics, so it makes no sense that his rank lands him in the gynaecology department at a medical college. He is the only man in a class of women, answering to the senior doctor Nandini Srivastava (Shefali Shah) and sharing a bench with Fatima Siddiqui (Rakul Preet Singh). Anubhuti Kashyap directs it with a light, easy touch, letting the awkward hallway moments play out at their own pace.
