(1984)Directed by Yves Boisset101 minAction, Crime, Drama

In a farmhouse in the French countryside, a household of country people lives out its ordinary routine. Then Jimmy Cobb (Lee Marvin), a criminal with the police behind him and several million dollars on him, walks through the door. Yves Boisset adapts Jean Vautrin's 1982 novel, and the house, with Jessica (Miou-Miou) and Socrate (Jean Carmet) inside, gradually turns into a place where money counts for more than the people sharing the room.
