Dogs Don't Wear Pants

“You take my breath away.”

In Finland, years after his wife drowned, the heart surgeon Juha (Pekka Strang) goes through his days in a flat quiet, raising his teenage daughter Elli (Ilona Huhta) and feeling very little. A chance meeting with the dominatrix Mona (Krista Kosonen) wakes the desire he thought was gone, and J-P Valkeapää follows him into her world, where pain and desire sit close together. Juha keeps going back, because it is the only place he feels anything at all.
