Doi Boy

“Would you be interested if I can find you a job?”

Sorn (Awat Ratanapintha) is an ethnic Shan refugee who sells sex to men in Chiang Mai while he tries to build a life far from home. One client, Ji (Arak Amornsupasiri), is an investigator looking into a political activist, and Sorn is drawn into a relationship he never planned. Nontawat Numbenchapol keeps the camera close on Sorn's work and his waiting, and the film holds the long stretches between one client and the next.
